Passenger Policies, Procedures & Guidelines

Passengers must adhere to all safety and behavior rules of the transportation system as included in the Rider's Guide.

The Rider's Guide is a summary of transportation passenger policies and procedures, including safety and behavior expectations. It is provided to customers at the time of registration, and the full version is also available for review in EnglishSpanish and Russian.

Title VI & ADA Information

In accordance with DOT order 1050 2A, Union County Transportation assures the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 and related nondiscrimination authorities, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits or be otherwise subjected to discrimination or retaliation under any program or activity undertaken by Union County Transportation.
