In order to provide transparency to our citizens, elected officials, management team and staff the Finance Department provides a quarterly report on the status of the County’s capital improvement programs and projects. These reports are provided for capital improvements for the County’s infrastructure for general government, water and sewer, solid waste, community college and public schools capital needs. The County’s General Capital Fund(s) includes capital outlay for South Piedmont Community College and Union County Public Schools.
