Statement from Emergency Management

The Union County Emergency Management team is working in collaboration with public safety partners from across the county to respond to Winter Storm Izzy.

All residents are strongly encouraged to stay off the roadways, bring pets inside when possible and take all fire and heating safety measures.

County Closures as of Jan. 17, 10 a.m.

The Landfill on Austin Chaney Road and Cane Creek Park will be closed on Mon, Jan. 17 due to roadway conditions.
