Back to school means time to get children up to date on required and recommended vaccines. Keeping children up to date on vaccinations is the best way to keep them healthy and reduce unnecessary absences from school.
Students entering kindergarten, seventh and twelfth grade have additional immunization requirements. Call 704-296-4423 to schedule an appointment.
Parents have 30 calendar days from their child's first day of school to provide this information. On the 31st day, students without a complete immunization record on file will be excluded until it is received. For students who start on August 29, 2022, the first day of school, the 30th day is September 27, 2022. Please ensure all records are submitted on or before this date to avoid your student being excluded from school on September 28, 2022.
