Union County Environmental Health will hold its first Food Safety Forum on Thursday, Jan.18, 2024, from 9-11:30 a.m. 

Whether you're a restaurant operator, food facility employee, or simply a curious foodie eager to learn how the food industry is regulated, this forum is for you! Learn how to protect food and reduce foodborne illnesses after a power or water outage and during recovery from an emergency event.  All residents, elected officials, and interested stakeholders are encouraged to attend.

No need to register in advance. This forum will be held at the Union County Government Center's Human Resources Training Room, which is located at 500 N. Main Street in Monroe, NC.
