Union County Public Health offers the following onsite clinical services:
Breast & Cervical Cancer Control Program
The BCCCP Clinic provides free breast and cervical cancer screenings and follow-up for uninsured and underinsured women ages 40-64 who live in Union or Anson County. For details, visit BCCCP Clinic
Child Health Clinic
The Child Health Clinic provides primary care to
children ages 0-21 years who live in Union County. Uninsured patients are welcome along with those who have Medicaid or private insurance.

Dental Clinic
The Dental Clinic provides basic dental services including cleaning, sealants, fillings, extractions, and dentures for all Union County residents. Uninsured patients are welcome along with those who have Medicaid or private insurance.

Family Planning Clinic
The Family Planning Clinic provides annual exams and birth control methods for sexually active males and females. There are no residential, insurance, or age requirements. Confidential services are available.

Immunization Clinic
The Immunization Clinic provides vaccines and TB testing for children and adults. Uninsured patients are welcome and uninsured children may be eligible for free vaccines.

Maternal Health Clinic
The Maternal Health Clinic provides prenatal care
for routine and most high risk pregnancies.
Underinsured and uninsured women who are residents of Union or Anson county are eligible for services.

Sexually Transmitted Infection Prevention
The STI clinic provides testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections. There are no residential, age, or insurance requirements to be eligible for services.

Tuberculosis Clinic
The Tuberculosis Clinic provides free treatment for individuals with latent TB infection or active TB disease.

Women, Infants & Children
The Union County Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program offers nutritional and breastfeeding services free of charge for the community.
